B2S began when I stopped being a lawyer in NYC and started being a culinary intern in Bilbao, Spain – the lesser known culinary gem of Basque Country. I weave stories from working in the kitchen of Michelin-starred restaurants (Mina and Nerua) and classes at the Basque Culinary Center into recipes, all of which are inspired by certain moments and experiences in my life.
